We offer a maximum of 1 alteration to ensure the right fit, which is generally not needed.
Natural Horn:
Frames made of natural horn material may have slight fissures, which are not considered defects.
The unique patterns of horn may not match the images on the website.
Exchange/Return Policy:
We accept exchanges/returns for products with manufacturing defects, defective material, or if the wrong product/style is received.

10 Year Warranty:
Within the first 10 years of ownership, we will repair or replace frames for manufacturing defects at no charge.
Lenses are not covered under the warranty.
Repair charges may apply for normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or non-defect-related issues.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
